When you report a problem
Shorthand keeps a short log of launches and permission changes (never your typing) at ~/Library/Application Support/Shorthand/diagnostics.log. Including it, with your macOS version and Shorthand version (Shorthand ▸ About Shorthand), makes problems much quicker to solve.
